Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: April 22, 2026
1. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel any subscription at any time from My Subscriptions. Cancellation is self-serve — no phone call, no chat, no retention gauntlet. Upon cancellation:- You keep access to subscriber-only content until the end of your current billing period.
- Your card is not charged again.
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore access.
2. Account cancellation
You may cancel your Solo Show account entirely at any time by emailing support. Account cancellation is free.Upon account cancellation:
- All active subscriptions are cancelled immediately
- Purchased course access and pay-per-view unlocks are revoked
- Your profile, progress, and community history are deleted
- Eligible purchases may be refunded per our Refund Policy
3. How to cancel
To cancel a subscription:
- Visit My Subscriptions.
- Click "Cancel" next to the subscription you want to stop.
- Confirm the cancellation.
To cancel your account entirely:
- Email support@soloshow.tv.
- Include the email address on your account.
- Confirm that you understand your data will be deleted.
4. Cooling-off period
For full account deletion, you have a 7-day cooling-off period in which you can email us to cancel the deletion. After 7 days the deletion is final and your data is purged within 30 days.
