Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account: email, display name, and (optionally) avatar when you sign up.
• Purchases:order details, amounts, creator subscribed to. Payment card data is tokenized by our PCI-compliant payment processor before it reaches us. We store only the last four digits of the card and the processor's opaque reference.
• Engagement: videos watched, courses unlocked, channel messages you send, tips you give.
• Device: browser, OS, and IP address, used to keep your account secure and detect abuse.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account
• To process purchases and subscriptions
• To give creators the information they need to run their business (subscribers, tips, messages to them)
• To send you receipts and important service notices
• To detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse, and piracy
• To improve the Service

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored with Supabase, which provides encrypted connections, row-level security, and regular audits. Payment card data is tokenized by our PCI-compliant payment processor and is never stored on our servers.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies cannot be disabled without breaking the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

5. Third-party services

• Supabase: authentication and database.
• VideoNest: video hosting and streaming.
• Payment processor: tokenizes and charges cards.
• Resend: transactional email (receipts, magic links, notifications).
• Vercel: hosting and content delivery.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy that applies to data it receives.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. On deletion request, we remove your personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records for 7 years). Anonymized aggregate metrics may be retained for analytics.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app notice.
