Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Solo Show platform (the "Service"), operated by Doss Oli Web LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Solo Show lets independent content creators operate branded websites that host on-demand video, sell courses, run tiered community channels, and accept subscriptions and tips. Fans purchase access or support creators through the Service. We provide the platform, creators provide the content, and Doss Oli Web LLC is the merchant of record for all transactions.
3. User Accounts
To buy access to content, subscribe, or participate in community channels, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Users must be at least 13 years of age. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing
Solo Show offers several purchase types: one-time pay-per-view (PPV) video unlocks, one-time course purchases, recurring monthly or annual subscriptions, and voluntary tips. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled. Charges will appear on your statement as "SOLO SHOW". Purchased access is subject to our Refund Policy.5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, record, or redistribute creator content without permission
- Circumvent paywalls, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
- Engage in fraudulent transactions or file chargebacks without first contacting us
- Harass, abuse, or threaten creators or other fans
- Upload content that violates third-party rights or applicable law
Violations may result in suspension, termination, and loss of unused credits or entitlements.
6. Creator Terms
Creators retain ownership of content they upload and grant Doss Oli Web LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, stream, and promote that content through the Service. Creators are responsible for the legality of their content and for paying applicable taxes on earnings. Payouts are made on a rolling schedule subject to our merchant agreement with our payment processor.
7. Intellectual Property
Platform code, trademarks, and platform-level content are owned by Doss Oli Web LLC or its licensors. Creator content remains the property of the creators. You may not reproduce platform material without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doss Oli Web LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost access to purchased content, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
