Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 22, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Solo Show — subscriptions, pay-per-view video unlocks, courses, and tips. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we offer refunds under the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for refunds
You may request a full refund if:
- The refund is requested within 14 days of the original purchase.
- For video unlocks: the unlocked video has not been watched for more than 5 minutes (partial consumption).
- For courses: no more than one lesson has been started.
- For subscriptions: the refund request is made within 14 days of the most recent renewal AND the account has not been used for more than 10 minutes of gated content since the renewal.
- Your account is in good standing (no fraud, abuse, or chargebacks).
Partial refunds may be offered when some but not all content from a course or subscription period has been consumed.
3. Non-refundable items
- Tips are final and non-refundable.
- Video unlocks or courses that have been more than half-consumed.
- Subscription periods older than 14 days.
- Purchases flagged for fraud or made with stolen payment information (these are refunded directly to the cardholder through the chargeback process).
4. How to request a refund
- Email our support team at support@soloshow.tv.
- Include your account email and the order number from your receipt.
- Provide a brief reason for the refund request.
5. Processing time
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your issuing bank. You will receive an email confirmation when a refund has been processed.
6. Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us before filing a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and forfeiture of unused entitlements. Charges on your statement appear as "SOLO SHOW".
